Julie Johnson, owner, experimented with making her own salsa and discovered that smoking the vegetables with applewood provided a unique and savory flavor that makes this salsa stand out from others. Word about this salsa has spread quickly with several customers reporting the salsa is so good they drink it or their kids eat it by the spoonful out of the jar. In 2019, JJ's Redhead Salsa expanded into farmers markets and is thrilled to get this one of a kind salsa in the hands of more customers. JJ's Redhead Salsa comes in a mild and spicy variety.
